
Lavender is one of my "go-to" daily oils. It is often considered a must-have oil to keep on hand at all times due to its versatile uses.
I use it to help with:
sleep at night by rubbing it on the bottoms of my feet and diffusing in the air.
stress and anxiety buy rubbing it over my heart and the back of my neck.
skin irritations when I have a bug bite or burn to help take the pain or burning sensation away.
headaches buy diffusing it and/or rubbing it over my temples.
allergies by diffusing it with lemon and peppermint.
