The Service includes a platform for the purchase and use of digital content. Users can purchase a subscription and stream pre-recorded audio and video content over the Internet for personal use.

Classes, Modifications, and Amendments

  • The Studio reserves the right to cancel or change any class or booked Service at any time, for any reason.
  • The Studio reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

Payments and Fees

  • A valid credit card is required for all products.
  • A full payment in accordance with payment guidelines is required to register for a class on studio.mary-mccarthy.com
  • When you purchase a membership subscription, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe. If the Studio later increases the price of the subscription, the subscriber will be notified. The increase will apply to the next payment due from you after the notice.
  • The Studio reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised or is being used fraudulently, at its own discretion.

Automatic Renewal

Once you register for the online studio membership, you are automatically enrolled in the monthly subscription. Your membership will be renewed with an automatic dedication every month on the day you initially registered.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your membership, login and click on your username in the upper right corner. Click “My Settings” and scroll down. Find the membership you would like to cancel and click the “Cancel” button. Then confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will be available until the end of the 30 days, but it will not renew.
