Strength & Balance is a class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power, balance and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Modifications are provided keeping the movements safe and accessible. Minimal props are needed. All ages and experience levels welcome.
Classes can be booked, canceled, or rescheduled up until class starts. 1-on-1 sessions require 24-hour notice to schedule, cancel, or reschedule.
