Build a strong foundation with a total body workout that improves endurance, stability, flexibility, and mobility. Each 30-minute, low-impact class includes a warm-up, strength routine, and cool-down portion. Classes are designed to keep the movement safe and accessible. Minimal props needed: hand weights, resistance band, and mat.
Book, cancel, or reschedule a class up until the time it starts. One-on-one sessions require 24-hour notice to schedule, cancel, or reschedule.
