Dynamic classes focus on traditional postures (asanas), breath awareness (pranayama), and meditation. Each class varies and includes individual modifications as needed. The practice typically involves a range of movement with energy awareness and alignment cues, from vigorous vinyasa/flow to gentle restorative poses. Props (blocks, strap, blankets, bolster) are not required but assist in creating support, comfort, and safety. This mixed-level class serves all ages, abilities, and experiences. Come expand and refine your practice in a diverse and inviting community. Hatha Monday evenings may include your selection of: First Monday of each month: Yin yoga and One Monday each quarter, closest to Equinox or Solstice: Restorative yoga
