The Hatha yoga class provides a foundation for your yoga practice. This class focuses on physical health (strength, balance and flexibility), mindfulness and breath awareness (pranayama). Each class is unique and individual modifications are provided. Students can use a variety of props provided to create a safe and personalized experience. Mary has designed this class for all levels – great for beginners and those continuing to expand and refine their practice. Adults of all ages welcome.
Classes can be booked, canceled, or rescheduled up until class starts. 1-on-1 sessions require 24-hour notice to schedule, cancel, or reschedule.
