Gentle yoga classes are a great place to take it a little slower while experiencing the benefits of yoga. This class focuses on releasing tension and gaining strength and flexibility through poses, breathing exercises, and meditation. Gentle yoga incorporates both standing and lying positions with modifications inviting everyone to practice in a way that is supportive and healing for their unique body. Mary has designed this class to be appropriate for everyone, regardless of whether a student is new to yoga or experienced, injured or healthy, young or old, pregnant or not, or for those who are seeking a soothing practice. Please register for one or both of the classes. Adults of all ages welcome.
Classes can be booked, canceled, or rescheduled up until class starts. 1-on-1 sessions require 24-hour notice to schedule, cancel, or reschedule.
