Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga and a great class for those who have less mobility or less range of motion. It incorporates a chair and other props to help support many poses. This class is suitable for various levels because you can individualize your practice and bring more or less intensity to each pose as it suits you. Adults of all ages welcome.
Classes can be booked, canceled, or rescheduled up until class starts. 1-on-1 sessions require 24-hour notice to schedule, cancel, or reschedule.
