Private sessions can address your goals, individual interests, answer any questions and ultimately help you gain confidence and deepen your practice. Whether preparing to enter one of our scheduled classes, begin a home practice, enhance an existing practice, or work on a specific ailment or healing process, one-on-one sessions might be a solution for you. 


Whatever your reason, individual sessions are designed around YOU. My knowledge of the body's anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, combined with my knowledge of yoga, meditation and breath work can help support your intention in a supportive, creative environment.


No yoga experience is necessary.  Mary will provide the props necessary to your first session.  A 30-minute consultation call is scheduled prior to your first appointment.   


These sessions will be hosted online through Zoom until further notice.  You will receive a link to our meeting/session.  It is easy to navigate and I will help you.  You will need to download the Zoom App to your phone or computer.
