Yoga is a journey. It invites us to explore our heart’s desire while connecting our mind, body, and spirit. It inspires us to be present with where we are in life right now. Your yoga practice can last a lifetime. My teaching style focuses on the vast benefits of yoga for all ages, abilities and body types. My knowledge of yoga and the body helps each student feel supported, balanced and centered.


Each class is holistic and will include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and mindfulness. Props are provided, and modifications are given to allow each student to practice in a safe and personalized environment.
