Learn how to align your feet and knees in yoga poses to stay safe and avoid injury.


Learning Objectives;

1. Key anatomy landmarks in your body for proper alignment principles.

2. How to keep your knees, ankles and feet healthy and strong.

3. Modifications and use of props to alleviate pain
